We’re currently hiring an

Agency New Business - Italian Speaker

to join our growing team in

Dublin . In this role, you’ll help drive the expansion of a leading digital advertising solution across the European market, working closely with agencies and advertisers.

You’ll be part of a high-performing team supporting one of the fastest-growing social media platforms, helping clients build brand awareness and grow their business through innovative advertising solutions.

What you’ll do

Manage and grow relationships with digital marketing agencies (new&existing)

Prospect, pitch, and onboard new agency partners in your market

Understand client goals and turn data into actionable insights

Support campaign performance and optimization

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, support)

Track and report on key metrics and business trends

What we’re looking for

Italian– mandatory (fluent level)

Experience

in digital marketing, agency, sales, or account management

Experience with online advertising platforms (e.g. Google, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)

Strong communication and client-facing skills

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends

Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus

Team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude

Interest in digital marketing and emerging technologies
