Clinical Nurse Manager II - Gynaecology, Dublin Pike

We are seeking an experienced and motivated

Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (CNM2)

to lead our

Gynaecology Nursing Service . This is a key leadership role, reporting to the Assistant Director of Nursing, responsible for the delivery of high‑quality, patient‑centred nursing care and the effective management of staff, resources, and clinical governance within the service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical and professional leadership across gynaecology services.

Ensure safe, high‑quality care aligned with best practice and regulatory standards.

Staff development&education.

Lead quality improvement initiatives, audit, accreditation, risk management, and incident review.

Work collaboratively with Consultants, MDT colleagues, and senior nursing management.

Data collection/MDT outcomes

Essential Requirements

Registered General Nurse on the NMBI Register.

Minimum 5 years post‑registration experience, with relevant gynaecology or acute women’s health experience.

Proven leadership/management experience at CNM1 level or equivalent.

Strong clinical, communication, and organisational skills.

Desirable

Postgraduate qualification in gynaecology, women’s health, oncology, or nursing leadership.
