Clinic Assistant, Dublin Pike

We are a specialist surgical practice looking for committed and resourceful people to join our team. As a Clinic Assistant, you play a critical role in providing high quality patient service and contribute to the smooth running of daily clinic operations. You will be working closely with nurses hence team work is essential.Roles and Responsibilities

Meet and greet patients, registration, manage front desk and reception. Handle phone enquiries and schedule appointments. Prepare consultation rooms and assist doctor during consultation and selected procedures Make follow-up appointments, bill explanation, collect payment, explanation of claims processes, coordinate investigations, prepare for surgeries, organize admissions, make follow-up calls.Perform administrative duties such as insurance/Medisave claims, maintain filing system and accurate clinical data records, accounts settlement, liaising with labs/ radiology and other clinics. Manage stock and inventory of clinic materials; restock and perform regular stock-taking. Maintain clinic cleanliness and hygiene. Clean and tidy treatment rooms between patients.Hold onto and reply to enquiries on Clinic Mobile phone. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by doctor. Requirements

Fluent in English and Mandarin Competent with using computers, email and Microsoft office. Can multi-task and can work in a fast paced environment Customer service oriented Can commit to 5.5 day work week. Experience in healthcare or customer service setting will be an advantage.
