People and Culture Executive, Dublin Pike

Contract: Permanent Salary: Competitive Salary&Great Benefits A fantastic opportunity is now available for a passionate and organised professional to join The Croke Park, as a People&Culture Executive.

This part-time role will encompass all aspects of the People&Culture function and will be instrumental in driving employee wellbeing and engagement.

Applicants should have good knowledge and experience in HR, will be great at multitasking, whilst being an organised, competent and resourceful individual with a passion for People&Culture.

The ideal candidate must have exceptionally strong communication, analytical, interpersonal and organisational skills with a strategic mindset, as well as experience in:

Employee onboarding

Managing a performance management system/process

Ensuring the company's procedures comply with local employment laws

Handling all aspects of employee relations

Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits

Managing employee sick leave, holiday and personal time off

Implementing appropriate career pathing and promotion planning

Managing payroll weekly and monthly payroll ensuring labour costs are in line with budget

Manage day-to-day HR function in an effective and efficient manner

Supporting management in all in all performance and succession planning

Must be available to work 24 hours per week between Monday and Friday.
