BIM Manager, Dublin Pike

As an experienced BIM Manager youwill provide support and leadership to implement, develop, and manage a successful DPD strategy from pre‑contract through to project delivery and handover. This is a full‑time, permanent position based in our head office in Citywest.Responsibilities

Supporting the pre‑construction team with the review of received tender documents (including Works Information, EIR, etc.) to identify clients BIM and digital requirements. Providing technical review of 3D BIM models received at tender stage for federation, engineering checks, clash detection, logistics and cost management.Supporting the production and delivery of project BEP, MIDP, MPDT and ensuring internal project team and external parties are fully aware of their responsibilities. Leading the DPD kick‑off meeting (jointly with the Information Manager) with the project management team to review and finalise the DPD strategy.Supporting the BIM Engineers where required and mentoring them as needed. Qualifications

5+ years experience of working on multi‑disciplinary projects with BIM level 2 requirements. BIM documentation experience is crucial for this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience working with MS Office. 5+ years experience utilising Autodesk Revit, Viewpoints for Projects / Dalux (or similar CDE), Synchro Pro, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Lumion and other rendering software packages.Completed a third‑level qualification in construction, computing or a related discipline.
