Training&Development No baking experience required. We provide full training– all you need is a great attitude, a team mindset, and a readiness to learn. Whether you’re behind the scenes or in the spotlight, this is your chance to grow your career while making something people love.
Responsibilities You’ll be responsible for measuring and mixing in large batches our tasty dough ingredients. This involves a lot of repetitive heavy lifting, with bags of flour weighing up to 25 kg each. Once created, each doughnut is oven‑proved and then fried on the production line. After production is complete,you’ll clean and maintain the machine daily. You’ll work in a fast‑paced and versatile manufacturing environment, with tight deadlines especially during peak times. Expectations of quality and food safety standards are high; consistency and the ability to follow food production specificationsis key.
Compensation&Hours Hourly Pay +€1 extra/hour for shifts between midnight and 6am.
Contract: minimum 20 hours with flexibility up to 45 hours per week.
Qualifications
Flexibility to work an 8‑hour / day shift, in line with site‑specific manufacturing shift requirements.
Excellent availability to work Monday to Sunday.
Physically fit and a team player.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliability, and coachability.
