1 day in office | 4 days from home A growing and transforming business is seeking a Financial Accountant to support the finance reporting function. The role involves delivering accurate and timely financial information to support decision making, maintaining strong financial controls, and working in a high volume fast paced environment with regular stakeholder collaboration and communication.Your Responsibilities

Oversee month end close including accruals, journals, balance sheet reconciliations and reporting Take ownership of key P&L lines ensuring accuracy and understanding of balances Analyse variances against budget and prior year performance Prepare and post monthly revenue journals with input from internal stakeholders Support year end audit process and prepare required documentation Assist with intercompany reconciliations and tax compliance activitiesContribute to reporting improvements and process enhancement initiatives Your Requirements

Fully qualified accountant with 2+ years’ experience in a similar role Strong month end and financial reporting experience in a fast paced environment Advanced Excel and strong reporting systems knowledge Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlinesSelf starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Adaptable and resilient with a proactive problem solving mindset
