Interim Finance Director, Dublin Pike

Our client, a prominent national entity providing essential services across Ireland, seeks an experienced Interim Finance Director Reporting to the CEO, this is a high‑impact role requiring a hands‑on leader to provide stability, strategic insight, and robust governance during a key transitional period.

The Role

Leadership:

Direct the finance function, overseeing reporting, management accounts, and internal controls.

Strategy:

Provide financial guidance to the Senior Management Team and lead budgeting/forecasting.

Governance:

Act as Company Secretary, ensuring full statutory, regulatory, and risk management compliance.

Operations:

Oversee cashflow, audit, and external supplier management.

The Person

Experience:

Proven Finance Director-level leadership within regulated, public sector, or NFP environments.

Expertise:

Strong background in financial governance, strategic planning, and interim/change management.

Qualifications:

Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with significant senior-level experience.

Attributes:

A pragmatic, resilient leader who is comfortable operating at Board level in a fast‑paced environment.
