About The Role Salesforce is looking for a systems-minded Manager, Marketing Analytics&Reporting– Data Infrastructure&Operational Excellence to own the upstream data work that makes all marketing reporting possible. Based in Dublin and embedded in our global Marketing Analytics organisation, you’ll be the person who ensures data is accurate and trustworthy before it ever reaches a dashboard or an analyst. From tagging governance and tracking setup to campaign taxonomy and cross‑platform data hygiene, you’ll build and maintain the measurement foundation that scales with Salesforce’smarketing ambitions.
Responsibilities Data Governance&Standards
Own and enforce tagging standards, tracking setup, and campaign taxonomy governance across all marketing reporting sources— including paid media, email, web, and CRM
Define how marketing data should be structured and maintained to support reliable, scalable measurement across the organisation
Ensure data hygiene and consistency across platforms, reducing the risk of inaccurate reporting and enabling confident decision‑making at every level of the marketing org
Reporting Infrastructure&Tooling
Develop and maintain repeatable reporting processes and documentation that teams can rely on and contribute to
Partner with campaign operations to ensure consistent data collection and proper tracking setup across all campaigns and channels
Lead the evaluation, onboarding, and integration of new measurement tools and platforms as marketing needs evolve
Automation&Systems Integration
Identify and build automation opportunities across data ingestion, transformation, and reporting distribution— reducing manual overhead and improving accuracy
Build and maintain integrations that keep data in sync across systems, minimising drift and operational risk
Support the evolution of marketing measurement practices as tools, channels, and strategies grow
Cross‑Functional Partnership
Collaborate with MarTech, campaign operations, and data teams to align on standards and resolve tracking issues quickly
Translate technical data decisions into clear, actionable guidance for non‑technical marketing stakeholders
Partner across the marketing organisation to ensure data infrastructure supports evolving measurement needs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or a related field— ideally within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment
Deep familiarity with marketing data infrastructure: tagging taxonomies, UTM frameworks, tracking implementation, and data hygiene best practices
Hands‑on experience with marketing technology platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics, as well as data integration or ETL tools
Working proficiency with SQL and data querying tools; experience with automation or workflow tooling is a plus
Strong project management and documentation skills— able to build and maintain systems that scale
Demonstrated ability to influence standards and behaviour across teams without direct authority
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a global marketing organisation with cross‑functional stakeholders across multiple time zones
Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Domo, Looker) and how reporting layers connect to underlying data infrastructure
Background in campaign operations or a role that required close collaboration between marketing and data/engineering teams
Experience with change management— rolling out new standards, tooling, or processes across a large marketing org
