Description
Overview Great opportunity has arisen to join the Creative Technology Ireland team, based in our Dublin Office. You will be working as part of a wider Creative Technology team supporting employees with Human Resources and Finance administration duties. The role is office based, Monday to Friday. We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in HR&Finance/payroll administration or appropriate qualifications. This is a hands-on role in an award-winning state-of-the-art live events company.

Responsibilities

Book-keeping duties including:

Updating receipts and payments onto SAP B1 and Business Central as we migrate to that system.

Bank reconciliations.

Generating payments to suppliers by batch files using DEFT Software or manual input on banking portals.

Reconciliations of credit cards, phone bills and Easytrip accounts on SAP B1 and subsequently BC.

Uploading RCT payments to ROS for subcontractors.

Preparation of payroll– weekly and monthly and submitting information to ROS&Zurich pension processes.

HR duties including:

Handling the full employee lifecycle from arranging interviews to day-to-day employee relations.

Preparation of contracts of employment and letters of offers.

Induction training and onboarding of new colleagues.

Utilisation of designated HR systems (Employment Hero, Hero, Edays).

Month-end HR reporting for NEP UK; month-end holiday, TIL and employee figures.

Perform responsibilities in alignment with the company values; demonstrate flexibility and mobility as required.

Quality, Environmental, Health&Safety Management System responsibilities:

Comply with the Company’s QEH&SMS requirements and perform work according to process documents; maintain necessary records.

Understand and apply our quality policy statements in all aspects of your work.

Contribute toward achieving company objectives; ensure needs of internal staff and customers are understood and delivered.

Help develop and improve internal processes and the management system by reporting corrective actions and improvement ideas.
