Partnerships Operations Executive, Dublin Pike

We’re working with a leading residential development platform to appoint a Partnerships Operations Associate within its Partnerships function. This role supports the delivery of large‑scale housing initiatives across Ireland, acting as a key coordination point between internal teams and external partners.

You’ll work closely with a Senior Manager to support planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement across B2G, B2C, and joint venture delivery channels. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured, fast‑paced environment and wants to build experience across public and private sector housing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the coordination of partnership activities, including project timelines and key milestones

Help manage day‑to‑day communication and information flow with internal teams such as development, delivery, finance, and legal

Assist in coordinating meetings, documentation, and follow‑up actions with external partners including government departments, Approved Housing Bodies, and local authorities

Support the management of joint venture relationships and basic tracking of key deliverables

Help maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting templates to monitor partnership progress and risks

Contribute to improving internal processes and systems within the partnerships function

About You:

5+ years’ experience in the built environment (for example, real estate, housing, infrastructure, or development)

Familiarity with working alongside or within public sector or B2G environments (e.g. local authorities, housing agencies, AHBs, or related bodies)

Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Comfortable using basic project management or CRM tools and working with spreadsheets and reports

Good written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting clear emails, briefs, and summaries

Someone who is proactive, detail‑oriented, and keen to develop a career in strategic partnerships and housing delivery
