We work with leading organisations across sport to drive audience growth, engagement, and commercial impact. Our growing customer base includes: Arsenal FC, Leinster Rugby, FAI, Betfair, Jacksonville Jaguars, URC, UEFA, IRFU and Prem Rugby.We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering best-in‑class media planning and campaign performance for our clients. THE ROLE
As a Paid Media Specialist at 53Six, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising high-performing media campaigns across digital channels. You will combine strategic media planning with hands‑on campaign management to deliver measurable results for a portfolio of sports and brand clients.This role is suited to someone who is both strategic and hands‑on, commercially aware, highly organised, analytically strong, and passionate about digital performance sports marketing, digital media, and sport. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop strategic and high-performing media plans and activate across digital channels but not limited to Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit and programmatic Work closely with digital, creative, content teams to deliver integrated campaigns Build audience segmentation and targeting approaches across digital and offline channelsPresent media plans, campaign rationale, and performance updates to clients, owning relationships where appropriate Execute, manage, and optimise campaigns in-platform to drive performance, efficiency, and ROI. Analyse campaign performance and produce reporting with clear insights, recommendations, and learnings.Support forecasting, budgeting, pacing, and campaign delivery management Contribute to campaign strategy, innovation, and testing opportunities across client accounts Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and to a high standard CANDIDATE PROFILE
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a media agency or digital agency environment Strong understanding of digital media planning and performance marketing Hands‑on experience across major ad platforms and campaign management tools Comfortable working directly within advertising platforms and making live optimisationsStrong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail Experience interpreting campaign data and turning insights into recommendations Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Interest in sport, entertainment, and culture is a strong advantagePREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience working with sports, entertainment, or consumer brands Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and tracking implementation Experience with audience segmentation and first‑party data strategies Familiarity with programmatic buying platforms is beneficial WHAT WE OFFER
