About the Role An exciting fixed‑term position on the Strategy, Brand and Marketing team. The successful candidate will support the full operationalisation of risk policies related to reputation and strategy, working closely with the team and reporting to the Head of Internal Communications and PR.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive reviews of strategy and reputation‑related risks to ensure coverage within our policy framework.

Review and evolve processes, procedures and controls that implement risk policies.

Design and execute assurance programmes to test existing controls and recommend improvements.

Record and investigate operational incidents, errors or near‑misses, updating controls to mitigate recurrence.

Prepare regular risk and control reports for management.

Requirements

Experience in regulated financial services.

Strong understanding of operational risk concepts.

Ability to interpret and apply regulatory frameworks.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Strong communication skills, particularly in explaining risk concepts to non‑risk colleagues.

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
