Build and manage supplier relationships, governance, and performance frameworks, with risk management and sustainability embedded throughout

Work closely with internal stakeholders to capture requirements, forecast demand, and identify savings and service improvements

Develop and implement best‑practice processes, tools, and KPIs, driving compliance and continuous improvement across the business

Ideal Candidate

4+ years’ experience in FMCG organisation

Strong commercial acumen with solid negotiation and contract management skills, including RFP/RFQ execution

Good understanding of procurement governance, risk management, and ethical/sustainable sourcing
