Overview Keeper is hiring a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our high‑producing EMEA sales team. Qualified candidates must permanently reside in Ireland. This is a hybrid position for those living within commutable distance to our Cork office, or fully remote for those living outside that distance.

About the Role The Inside Sales Account Representative is responsible for driving new business within an assigned geography or vertical. This quota‑carrying, revenue‑generating position reports to the Manager of Inside Sales and involves complex selling over a multi‑stage sales cycle. You will gain a deep understanding of our frontline sales strategies while creating a vision that inspires customers to utilise Keeper as a trusted resource.
Responsibilities

Target new customers through cold outreach and lead generation campaigns via phone and email.
Manage the full sales cycle.
Communicate with Spanish and English speaking customers, both verbally and in writing.
Balance scheduling sales meetings with new clients on a weekly basis.
Ensure all customers are on an active Keeper contract.
Build and create a constant pipeline of prospect customers to scope.
Act as a subject matter expert on all Keeper products, staying knowledgeable and informed of changes, updates, and new products.
Participate in cold call/role‑play activities and shadow cold calls with colleagues.
Develop relationships with prospect customer contacts.
Utilise additional sales resources to target and identify new business targets.
Leverage Salesforce.com database to accurately reflect pipeline and account activity.
Facilitate the proposal review process for new business opportunities.
Requirements
3+ years of software sales experience.
Experience selling identity access management solutions, including PAM.
Accomplished track record of selling software into IT organisations.
Salesforce experience.
Web‑conference demo experience.
Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
Positive mindset, team‑oriented, results‑driven, and organized.
Deadline and detail oriented.
Experience managing full sales cycle.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree.
Cybersecurity experience.
Experience or knowledge of the Information Security industry.
Excellent problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office&Google Suite programs.
Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management tool; expertise with Salesforce.com highly desired.
