The successful candidate will likely have the following experience:Experience within Risk, Compliance, Governance or Credit within Financial Services Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, risk management and regulatory environments Previous people management or leadership experience with the ability to lead and develop teams Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple business functionsCommercial mindset with the ability to operate effectively within a changing and evolving environment Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting directly into Regional Risk&Compliance leadership this role will lead the local Risk&Compliance function and play a key role in shaping governance and stakeholder engagement across the business. Responsibilities will include: Leadership– Managing and developing the existing Risk&Compliance team while helping strengthen capability across the function Stakeholder Management– Partnering closely with senior leadership teams across the wider business to influence and support decision‑making Compliance Oversight – Driving and enhancing the organisation’s compliance framework and governance standardsRisk Management– Monitoring risk exposures and supporting the development of mitigation strategies across operational and commercial areas Transformation – Supporting ongoing organisational and cultural change initiatives across the business Regional Exposure – Working closely with regional leadership teams and contributing to broader international projects and initiativesInterested in this position? #J-18808-Ljbffr
