Position Summary KKR is seeking to hire an experienced professional with exposure to marketing and project management to join the EMEA Marketing team, based in our Dublin office. This role is an operationally focused contractor position, supporting business‑critical marketing processes, including client communications, fundraising, new fund launches, and EMEA market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage translation processes across EMEA, including high‑volume recurring translations for existing products and ad hoc requirements
Support marketing budget processes, including input, tracking, and alignment with client marketing and events leads
Support onboarding and ongoing vendor management, including administration of retainers, master service agreements, and sponsorship agreements
Provide operational and financial support for new fund launches, including coordination of key deliverables such as cost centre setup, Salesforce configuration, and budget tracking
Coordinate with internal email teams on scheduling and distribution lists for firm‑wide communications (e.g., thought leadership, webinars)
Role Expectations You will operate in an entrepreneurial environment, building standardized processes while delivering on key business priorities.
Ideal Experience
4+ years’ experience in marketing operations, fund reporting, or client services within financial services (preferably asset management)
Core Responsibilities
Manage marketing deliverables through multi‑stage approval processes across teams and regions; ensure compliance approvals are completed and documented
Partner with digital, events, content, brand, and PR teams to align with business objectives
Maintain and update product collateral for evergreen funds (e.g., fund profiles, emails, webinars, websites)
Develop and refine translation workflows across in German and manage third‑party vendor relationships
Support the delivery of EMEA email campaigns, including macro thought leadership and geopolitical webinar communications
Manage reporting and data requests to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform business insights
Critical Competencies
Professional proficiency in German
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Experience in marketing within financial or professional services
Intellectual curiosity and self‑motivation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Sound judgment and ability to form and express opinions
Strong relationship management skills across global stakeholders
