Reporting directly to the Director of Nursing, you will support the daily management of clinical operations, lead nursing staff, and ensure compliance with all relevant HIQA regulations and best practice standards.Your responsibilities will include supervising staff nurses and healthcare assistants, managing staffing levels and shift rotas, conducting clinical audits, maintaining accurate care plans and documentation, and ensuring a person-centred approach to care is upheld throughout the service.
