What you can expect An exciting opportunity to join one of Mercer’s largest and most rapidly-growing business areas – investment solutions. As part of our Investment Solutions International Client Team, the successful candidate will support Mercer’s investment solutions client base across Europe, the Middle East and Asia, with a focus on managing relationships with our growing client base. The role also involves developing an intricate knowledge of Mercer’s investment research and capabilities, liaising with operational, portfolio management and research teams, and delivering this expertise to clients. It offers career growth within a dynamic and rapidly expanding area of the business.

We will count on you to

Develop in-depth knowledge of Mercer’s delegated fund structures, investment capabilities and solutions to explain and communicate to clients.

Support the development of Mercer’s overall client‑service delivery, ensuring a first‑class customer experience at scale.

Lead client relationships– collaborate directly with (some of) Mercer’s largest Investment Solutions clients, managing multiple stakeholder relationships to ensure clear and timely communication between investment managers, internal Mercer teams, and clients.

Manage conversations with clients on topics such as strategic asset allocation, optimal investment solutions, performance analysis, and economic commentaries, ensuring investment output and documentation are delivered within critical timelines.

Liaise with wider operational, portfolio management and consulting teams across Mercer, including management of a wide range of client‑related projects as they arise.

Train and develop junior colleagues.

What you need to have

Energy, proactivity and a desire to see things done efficiently.

Ability to communicate complex issues in a simple and coherent manner.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Ability to lead regular internal meetings and oversee communication channels to maintain responsiveness and collaboration.

Strong attention to detail and project‑management skills.

Relationship‑management/consulting experience, ideally with a track record of working with wealth managers, not‑for‑profits or insurers.

Knowledge and experience of investment markets across a range of assets, including private markets.

Possession of a CFA or a similar qualification is an advantage.

Strong IT skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
