About The Role
We're looking for an experienced Fund Accountant (or Senior Fund Accountant, depending on experience) to join our growing Finance team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ready to step into an in-house role at one of Europe's fastest-growing fintechs— moving out of fund administration or professional services and into a company where you'll have real ownership and direct impact.You’ll be central to managing the financial reporting cycle across a growing portfolio of closed-ended and open-ended fund structures, working closely with our fund administrator, internal teams, and senior leadership to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability as we grow. What You’ll Be Responsible For
Manage a portfolio of fund entities through the quarterly (and monthly) reporting cycle, working with our fund administrator to ensure accurate and timely delivery Perform first‑line review of NAV calculations, capital call and distribution workings, and investor allocations Handle investor queries related to fund accounting, reporting, and capital activity — providing clear, accurate, and timely responsesManage and constructively challenge third‑party fund administrators, ensuring service levels, accuracy, and deadlines are consistently met Support the preparation of annual and semi‑annual financial statements and coordinate with external auditors during the audit process Monitor fund cash flows, fee calculations, and investor‑level reportingIdentify and implement process improvements and AI tools to strengthen controls and operational efficiency Collaborate closely with internal teams across operations, compliance, and investor relations What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of experience in fund accounting, ideally gained within a fund administrator, asset manager, or management company Strong working knowledge of NAV calculations, capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations Experience managing and overseeing third‑party service providers Agenuine self‑starter who takes initiative, asks questions, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do nextComfortable using AI tools and modern technology to solve problems faster and more effectively Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships across teams and with external partners Nice to Have
Experience with Luxembourg‑domiciled fund structures (RAIF, SCSp, SIF) A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent — part‑qualified considered) Familiarity with AIFMD regulatory requirements Exposure to both closed‑ended and open‑ended fund structures Benefits
