Role Summary

The RTR Accountant will support month-end close and financial reporting activities within a multinational finance environment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closeJournal preparation and postingBalance sheet reconciliations and variance analysisFinancial reporting and support of auditsCompliance with IFRS/US GAAP and SOX controlsLiaise with AP, AR, FP&A, and Tax teamsDrive process improvements

Requirements

Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)1–4+ years’ experience in RTR / GL accountingMultinational or shared services experience preferredERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)Strong Excel skills
