Red Chair Recruitment are excited to announce we are recruiting for an enthusiastic Barman for one of our well-established clients in Macroom, Co. Cork. You’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, maintaining high standards, and contributing to a welcoming environment for customers and tourists alike.

REQUIREMENTS:

1-2 Years bar experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Good knowledge of beverages and cocktail preparation. Excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure. Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area and equipment. Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register accurately. Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options. Interact with customers, take orders, and offer recommendations. Assist in stock management, restocking, and stock rotation. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and Bank holidays.

PACKAGE ON OFFER:

Competitive hourly rate of €14.00 – €15.00 an hour dependent on experience. Meals on duty and potential tips. Free on site parking Other benefits to be discussed at interview stage.
