Location: At the moment have a role available in the following location and it is a 4 month contract - July to October :

Please note: Flexibility to travel between Little Island and Midleton on occasion will be required.

Salary: €16.48 per hour (equates to €30, per year)

Working Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, fully onsite

As a Welcome Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is friendly, professional, and efficient. You’ll work as part of a dynamic, supportive team while engaging with both personal and business customers.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service (including cashier duties where required)Guide customers through self-service banking options such as Banking Manage customer flow and ensure a smooth branch experienceUpdate and maintain customer information on internal systemsHandle basic queries and issues confidently and escalate when necessaryShare customer insights to help improve service deliveryEmbrace change, innovation, and learning as part of your daily role
