We are looking for a CSA Supervisor/Superintendent to join our dynamic and innovative OTS team, working on a client site. The CSA Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of construction activities on a portfolio of capital projects. The role ensures that all CSA works are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with GMP, EHS, and quality requirements. Working as part of the Capital Projects team, the CSA Supervisor acts as a key interface between the client, engineering, construction managers, contractors, and quality teams to deliver compliant and right-first-time facilities.


Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all onsite CSA construction activities, including foundations, steelwork, concrete, finishes, cleanroom architectural elements, and external worksEnsure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedulesMonitor contractor performance and productivity, addressing issues proactivelyEnforce strict adherence to EHS requirements, site safety rules, and client safety standardsParticipate in toolbox talks, safety walks, and incident investigations as requiredEnsure construction activities comply with pharmaceutical GMP requirements and site quality standardsSupport implementation of the Quality Management System for CSA worksReview and manage ITPs, method statements, risk assessments, and permits to workCoordinate and support inspections, snagging, and punch list closureEnsure accurate and timely completion of as-built records and construction documentationCoordinate CSA activities with MEP, process, utilities, and commissioning teamsHighlight risks to schedule or constructability and implement mitigation plansSupport short-interval planning and look-ahead schedulingAct as the primary site contact for CSA contractorsAttend and contribute to daily coordination meetings and site progress meetingsInterface effectively with Design, CQV, QA, and Operations teams
Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline10+ years’ experience supervising CSA works on large-scale industrial or pharmaceutical projectsProven experience working in regulated GMP environments (pharma, biotech, medical devices, life sciences)Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and schedulesSolid working knowledge of EHS requirements on construction sitesExperience delivering projects within a live pharmaceutical facilityFamiliarity with cleanroom construction and finishesExperience working for or alongside EPCM / PMC organisationsExposure to construction delivery aligned with CQV requirementsStrong leadership and communication skillsHigh attention to detail with a quality-first mindsetAbility to manage multiple contractors and priorities simultaneouslyProactive problem-solver with excellent site coordination skillsComfortable working in fast-paced, schedule-driven project environments
