Working with the Panorama restaurant kitchen team and executive chef Martin Lovell is an opportunity to bring your creativity to life, learn new skills, and enjoy your shifts.

What You'll Be Doing

Running the pass and leading services with confidence

Being the Executive Chef's right hand - and stepping up when needed

Coaching, developing, and motivating the brigade

Driving standards across food quality, presentation, and pace

Getting stuck into menu development, specials, and innovation

Owning stock, GP, ordering, and waste control

Keeping the kitchen sharp, safe, and compliant at all times

An experienced Senior Sous Chef (or a top-tier Sous ready to level up)

Requirements:

Minimum 5-8 years of professional kitchen experience

At least 3-5 years in a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef role

5-star hotel or luxury fine-dining experience is essential

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent knowledge of international cuisine and modern cooking techniques

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
