Your new role

As Junior Site Manager, you will assist in the day-to-day management of site operations, supporting the senior site team in coordinating subcontractors, maintaining site safety, and ensuring work is completed to specification and schedule. You’ll gain hands-on experience in managing façade installations, liaising with suppliers, and contributing to project planning and reporting.

A qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related fieldSome experience in a site-based role, ideally within cladding, façades, or general constructionExperience in setting out and checking dimensions on site is essentialStrong communication and organisational skillsA proactive attitude and willingness to learnSafe Pass and Manual Handling certificates (or willingness to obtain)
