Your new role
As Civil Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating on-site civil works, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage crews, liaise with subcontractors and engineers, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with project specifications and health & safety regulations. This role is key to the successful delivery of utility infrastructure projects in the region.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Civil Foreman on utility, telecoms, or infrastructure projectsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and plansSolid understanding of health, safety, and environmental standardsFull driving licence and relevant site certifications (e.g., Safe Pass, Manual Handling, CSCS)A proactive and hands-on approach to site managementWhat you'll get in return
