Your new company

Reporting to the Trading Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies that drive revenue, margin, and market share growth. You will lead a high-performing team, manage supplier and retailer relationships, and ensure the effective sourcing and supply of quality products at optimal prices. This role also involves contributing to commercial planning, overseeing category budgets, and supporting cross-functional initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals.

Your new role

To thrive in this role, you will need at least three years of progressive experience in a senior commercial or trading position, with a proven track record of delivering strong commercial results. You should have excellent leadership and people management skills, along with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation. Strong negotiation experience, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen are essential. You’ll also need to be highly organised, data-driven, and customer-focused, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
