Office/Project Location: Cork

Employment Type: Permanent

Work Location: Office Based

Pay: €45K - 55K, depending on level of experience and negotiable for the right candidate.

Experience: 2+years

Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required

Our client are a leading Irish Cost Management & Project Management Consultancy.

Looking for a suitable candidates with PQS Consultancy experience

Preparation of Development Budgets and Feasibility Appraisals

Implementation of Value Engineering

Preparation of tender documentation including Bills of Quantities

Analysis of tender returns

Preparing Financial Reports

Operation of company Cost Management System

Compliance with Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management Systems

Preparing Payment Recommendations

Agreement of Compensation Costs

Programme Analysis

Managing support staff

Requirements

Working towards chartership, with a B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying

2+ years post qualification experience (PQS preferred),

Familiarity working with the Irish construction industry, RIAI and PWCs.

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work proactively within project teams

Commercially focused

Package

€45k-55k and negotiable dependent on experience
