AECOM is looking for recent graduates in Quantity Surveying to join our cost management teams in Ireland. The role will involve working on local projects and collaborating with teams across Ireland, the UK and potentially beyond.
Responsibilities The role encompasses all stages of a project, from definition to construction and site use. Typical tasks include:
Cost modelling and cost planning
Value and risk analysis
Procurement and tender management
Compilation of contract documentation
Attendance at site progress meetings
Completion of valuations
Review and management of change control procedures

Qualifications

Skills
Effective decision making and strong verbal&written communication
Proactive and driven approach to work with a focus on success
Ability to work in a diverse team to meet common objectives
Commitment to meeting deadlines set by clients and managers
Good organisational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and willingness to ask for help when needed
