A well‑established organisation in the property and real estate sector is seeking a Property Accountant to join its team.

This is a varied role offering exposure to financial reporting, portfolio analysis, and stakeholder engagement across a diverse property portfolio. It suits candidates from property management, real estate, facilities, or service‑charge environments who enjoy working close to operations. Responsibilities:Support financial reporting and analysis across property portfolios Prepare periodic reports (income, costs, cash flow, variance analysis) Monitor rental income, service charges, and property‑related costs Assist with budgeting and forecasting Act as a finance contact for stakeholders, providing insight and supportContribute to process and system improvements Candidate Profile:

Qualified, Part‑Qualified, or qualified by experience (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) 2+ years’ experience in property, real estate, or facilities finance Exposure to service charge, rent, or property reporting advantageous Experience with systems like Yardi, MRI, or similar beneficial Strong Excel and core accountingknowledgeOrganised, detail‑focused, and a strong communicator
