What You’ll Do as Transformation Change Manager- Customer Availability In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
Responsible for end-to-end change management across a medium programme or multiple projects, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviours
Develop and deliver comprehensive change plans including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications, training, and readiness, while partnering with stakeholders to understand business climate, capacity, and change context
Drive targeted engagement and adoption activities for impacted audiences, managing change risks, issues, and interdependencies at project level
Build readiness across teams, ensuring clear understanding of changes, while measuring adoption, benefits, and behavioural shifts and adjusting plans based on insights
Support go-lives, hypercare, and transition to BAU, ensuring sustainability of outcomes, and capture lessons learned, escalating key insights across projects
Collaborate with PMs, SMEs, People&Culture, Communications, L&D, and Technology teams to deliver a unified change experience, while providing timely reporting on readiness, adoption, risks, and maintaining alignment with wider transformation strategies and governance

Degree (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years in Change Management or Transformation roles, including delivery across multiple projects or medium‑sized programmes
Proven experience leading end-to-end change activities such as impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications, and training planning, with a strong understanding of change frameworks and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
Experience supporting go‑live preparation, hypercare, and transition to BAU, with exposure (nice to have) to retail transformation, technology enablement, operating model change, and multi‑market or matrix environments (certification preferred but optional)
Strong planning, organisation, and facilitation skills, able to manage multiple priorities while running workshops, briefings, and targeted engagement sessions effectively
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complexity into actionable plans, analyse insights, and track readiness, adoption, and benefits (data interpretation, storyboarding, and coaching capabilities are a plus)
Positive, adaptable, and resilient team player who is collaborative, influential at all levels, and practical, hands‑on, and delivery‑focused, with the ability to support teams and build change capability
