Your Role

Deliver professional facial and body spa treatments

Provide personalised consultation and recommend suitable treatments/products

Build strong customer relationships and retention

Manage appointments and follow-ups to ensure excellent customer experience

Support daily operations and maintain service quality standards

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty / spa / wellness industry

Certification preferred (CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Sales‑driven with passion for wellness and people

Willing to work retail hours, including weekends
