Job Description The role is part of an Innovation Boost project supported by InterTradeIreland. The company is a strategic creative agency specialising in branding, placemaking, web and digital. We are developing an AI‑powered intelligent automation platform for the private‑rental market and need a software developer to join our dynamic team onsite in Dublin.

Responsibilities

Develop functional and technical specifications based on client and user consultation.

Evaluate and implement AI technologies suited to the automation of business processes.

Develop software and integrate systems/technologies.

Collaborate with the company’s UI/UX design teams.

Lead functional and user testing processes.

Essential Criteria

Degree in IT/Computing or related field.

3+ years’ experience in software development roles.

At least one year of experience developing or implementing AI tools.

Data analytics experience.

Legally entitled to work in Ireland/EU and willing to travel throughout the island of Ireland if required.

Must provide a copy of a valid visa/work permit if needed.

Desirable Criteria

5+ years’ experience in the IT industry.

Previous experience in business process automation.

Previous experience in project management.

Ability to work independently and assume ownership of a new product development process.

Experience working in multidisciplinary teams spanning design, business process analysis and technology implementation.
