Portfolio Operations Manager - Asset Management, Dublin Pike

Our client is a well-established and growing asset management business operating a broad multi-asset investment platform across increasingly sophisticated investment strategies and complex instruments.

As the business continues to evolve operationally and technologically, a key hire is being made within the Portfolio Operations team to strengthen oversight across valuations, operational controls, reconciliations and complex investment products.

The Opportunity This is a hands‑on Portfolio Operations Manager role within a highly visible operational team supporting investment activity across multiple asset classes.

The role combines BAU operational leadership, team management and involvement in ongoing operational and technology enhancement initiatives.

A key focus of the role is supporting increasingly complex investment products and strategies, with particular emphasis on:

Complex instrument valuation and pricing

Fixed income and structured products

IBOR integrity and reconciliation oversight

The successful individual will also gain exposure to ongoing OMS selection and implementation projects, FactSet integration, and broader operational technology and automation initiatives.

Strong interaction across Investment, Operations and senior leadership

The Role This is a hands‑on operational leadership role within Portfolio Operations. The successful individual will:

Oversee reconciliations, pricing and valuation controls across complex instruments

Support IBOR accuracy and operational integrity

Work closely with Investment teams, traders and service providers

Contribute to operational improvement and process enhancement initiatives

Support ongoing OMS and operational technology projects

Lead and develop a small operational team within a live investment environment

Ideal Candidate We are seeking an experienced investment operations professional who:

Strong Investment operations, middle office or fund operations experience within asset management or Asset Servicing

Exposure to OTC derivatives and complex instruments is essential

Experience across pricing, valuations and reconciliations is essential

Strong understanding of operational workflows within an asset management environment

Experience across both asset managers and service provider environments would be advantageous

Strong OMS exposure would be beneficial
