About the Role Derek Breslin Gardens is seeking a motivated and hardworking Landscape Construction Employee to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work on high-end residential landscape projects, helping deliver premium outdoor spaces from concept to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for landscaping, construction, and outdoor work who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with all aspects of landscape construction

Installation of paving, porcelain, natural stone, and decking

Building raised beds, retaining walls, and garden structures

Fence and timber screening installation

Ground preparation, drainage, and setting out works

Planting trees, shrubs, hedging, and lawns

Operating hand tools and small machinery safely

Maintaining clean and organised work sitesWorking effectively as part of a team to deliver projects on time

Requirements

Previous landscaping or construction experience preferred

Full clean driving licence desirable

Good work ethic and positive attitude

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification advantageous

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
