Retrofit Project Manager - SEAI Warmer Homes Scheme, Dublin Pike

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dublin for a Retrofit Project Manager specializing in the SEAI Warmer Homes Scheme. The Project Manager will oversee the successful delivery of energy retrofit projects, including project planning, logistics coordination, team management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires engaging with stakeholders, monitoring project progress, managing resources, and conducting inspections to maintain the quality and safety of retrofit works. Some tasks may be performed remotely while others will require on-site presence.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and team coordination

Experience with Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure project timelines and materials are managed efficiently

Proficiency in Inspection processes and ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations

Skills in Logistics Management to oversee scheduling, procurement, and resource management

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and build positive relationships with stakeholders

Knowledge of energy-efficient retrofitting and regulatory requirements is highly desirable
