Essentials:

5-7+ years’ experience in a Construction Planning role (ideally Residential projects) in Ireland; Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint

Location:

South Dublin– based between site&office

Project:

High-density large-scale residential new-build

Salary:

€75,000 - €90,000

Reporting to:

Project Director

Responsibilities

Prepare contract and project programmes, and produce ongoing monthly progress reports.

Monitor progress trends, outputs, and resources across projects to enhance the planning department’s knowledge base.

Complete all scheduling and reporting requirements for tenders and contracts, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standards.

Collaborate closely with the project team on planning and schedule-related activities.

Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the wider project team, supply chain, and other stakeholders.

Execute short‑to‑medium‑term planning reviews and provide impartial, forward‑looking insight to mitigate project risks.
