Base Location: South Dublin&North KildareThis is an on-the-road type of position, travelling to the wider Leinster area.This position is 39 hours per week, Monday to Sunday– 3 long shifts per week. This position is a 12-month Fixed-term Contract.The Role:With a genuine passion for improving patient care, you will be an enthusiastic and experienced registered nurse. With the drive and determination to make our team excel, you will have excellent communication and people skills and be persuasive and motivational when collaborating with our integrated teams. Responsible for ensuring that our service delivers its optimum performance, you will work to achieve a seamless service. Driven to improve patient experience, you will be part of the triage team, assessing referrals in a timely manner and signposting to other teams and services delivering care needs. This position is a 12-month Fixed-term Term Contract.ResponsibilitiesCannulation&Phlebotomy Experience– Essential.Administration/Education of Subcutaneous Therapies.IV Administration Therapies in Home Settings.Maintain full compliance with company Policies&Procedures.Completion of electronic nursing records&ensuring relevant information is recorded in a timely&accurate manner.Report details of Adverse Events, Product Complaints and/or Clinical Incidents as per company policy.Basic IT/ computer skills.Excellent communication skills, ability to develop relationships with new contacts.Displays a good deal of flexibility and is adaptable to change.Likes to work alone yet values their position within a team.Demonstrates good sound judgement.Good Time Management SkillsWilling to travel domestically.Experience within the Pharmaceutical industry or similar discipline is desirable, but not essential.Candidate Requirements :An Bord Altranais Nursing Registration.Minimum of 5 years post registration experience in an acute hospital or community settingProficient in Cannulation&Phlebotomy.Must have a keen interest in Community NursingFull clean driver’s licenceWillingness to travel domesticallyExperience within the Pharmaceutical industry or similar discipline is desirable, but not essential. Basic IT/ computer skills.
