As a Reformer Pilates instructor at Everlast Gyms you will deliver dynamic and engaging reformer classes for a diverse membership base, help members progress from their‘good’ to their ‘Great’, and join a great team that supports member growth. Responsibilities

Conduct small group training sessions, tailoring exercises to individual client needs and fitness levels.

Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safe use of equipment.

Motivate and encourage clients to push their limits and achieve their fitness goals.

Provide guidance on injury prevention and recovery.

Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.

Participate in gym promotions and member retention initiatives.

Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques.

Collaborate with other gym staff to create a positive and supportive atmosphere.

Qualifications

Qualified Reformer Pilates instructor.

Confident in teaching group reformer classes and adapting for different abilities.

Reliable with flexible freelance schedule.
