Floating Manager– Afterschool Services (Leinster Region), Dublin Pike

We are now seeking a Floating Manager to support our Afterschool&Holiday services across the Leinster region.

About The Role This is a dynamic, hands‑on position where you will travel across multiple centres in Leinster, providing management support where it's needed most. No two days will be the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Providing on‑site management support across various centres in Leinster

Overseeing the daily running of centres, including administration and reporting

Planning and organising weekly activities in line with company guidelines

Leading and supporting team members, ensuring clear delegation of tasks

Promoting a positive, inclusive environment that supports the holistic development of children

Building strong relationships with staff, parents, and stakeholders to ensure high standards of care

About You

Minimum of 3 years' experience working with children

Previous management experience within a childcare or educational setting

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience supporting or training team members

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Relevant childcare or teaching qualification (desirable)

Full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)

What We Offer

Competitive hourly rate of€19.00 - €20.25

Minimum of 20 hours per week guaranteed
