Role– Site Supervisor: As a Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of mechanical and plumbing works across residential projects, ensuring installations are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone coming from a strong plumbing background who can manage teams effectively while maintaining quality and productivity on site. You will be responsible for coordinating trades, overseeing daily site activities, and acting as the key link between site teams and management to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day site operations on residential plumbing and mechanical installations

Ensure all works are carried out in line with health and safety standards

Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and trades

Monitor progress against programme and report on any delays or issues

Maintain high standards of quality control across all installations

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders

Ensure materials, labour, and resources are effectively managed on site

Keep accurate site records and documentation

About You

Time‑served plumber with a strong background in residential or domestic projects

Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor or stepping up into a supervisory role

Strong understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems in housing developments

Ability to manage teams and drive productivity on siteGood communication and organisational skills

Focused on quality, safety, and meeting project deadlines

Willingness to travel or commute to the Greater Dublin Area
