Customer Service Agent, Dublin Pike

Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting a number of Customer Service and Sales Agents on behalf of our client, based in Dublin 2. This role is initially fully onsite for the training in period, with Hybrid being offered after training has been completed. Who We’re Looking For Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles (Min one Year)

Work Location&Schedule Training:

Office-based (Dublin 2), Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.– 5:30 p.m.

After training:

Hybrid model (typically 2–3 days per week in the office).

Saturday shifts:

Occasionally required (short 10 a.m.– 3 p.m. shift, time off given in lieu).
