Welcome and assist guests in a professional manner Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly Provide information about services, facilities, and local attractions Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs Maintain reception and guest areas to a high standardSupport check-in and check-out procedures when required Build positive relationships with guests and visitors What You Will Need
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly and professional attitude Strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good problem-solving abilities Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.About Us
