An established organisation is seeking a
Clerical Officer
to join their
Registrations Team .
This is a structured administrative role, ideally suited to someone with a strong interest in processes, procedures, and compliance-driven work.
Hybrid Working: 2–3 days per week in the Dun Laoghaire office
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Flexible start: 8:30am– 9:30am
Flexible finish: 4:30pm– 5:30pm
Benefits Include:
23 days annual leave

Annual bonus (paid in December)
Key Responsibilities
Provide advice and guidance to members, staff, and external applicants and general membership queries
Develop a strong understanding of guidelines and ensure procedures are followed accurately
Verify identity and supporting documentation submitted by applicants
Maintain regular communication with applicants throughout the process
Prepare reports, presentations, and contribute ideas for process improvements and new initiatives
Requirements
Third-Level Degree Qualification - Essential
Minimum 1+ years’ experience in an administrative role (ideally within a regulatory or compliance-focused environment)
Strong experience working with processes and procedures, particularly in document handling and verification
