Responsibilities Role Overview&Purpose As SVP of Private Assets Fund Accounting, you will lead a team delivering fund accounting services to a portfolio of private assets clients. This role brings together people leadership, client engagement, and operational oversight, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely, and consistent. You will help build strong client relationships while driving improvements in how services are delivered.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

Lead, coach, and support a team of VPs and accounting professionals

Oversee fund accounting delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met

Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted point of contact

Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality

Share knowledge and support team development

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery

Contribute to process improvements and operational initiatives

Support business development activities, including client discussions and presentations

Qualifications What We’re Looking For (Profile&Capabilities)

Interest in private assets, ideally with some exposure to private credit and a commitment to continuous learning

Experience leading teams in a fund accounting or financial services environment

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a structured way

A collaborative leadership style with a focus on developing others

Experience&Skills (Requirements)

10+ years experience in private assets fund accounting

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related business discipline

Professional accounting qualification (or working towards one) is advantageous

Experience managing and developing teams
