A leading pharmaceutical organisation is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a high‑impact transformation programme spanning IT systems, business processes, and operational ways of working.

This is a key role focused on ensuring the successful adoption of change across a complex, regulated environment where delivery quality and stakeholder engagement are critical.

The organisation is investing in significant transformation initiatives, modernising core systems and standardising processes across business and technology functions.

You will play a central role in driving engagement, readiness, and adoption across multiple business units, where you will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure change is delivered effectively and embedded successfully.

What you’ll be working on

End‑to‑end change management for enterprise transformation initiatives

Supporting the adoption of new digital platforms and operational processes

Working within regulated pharma environments, ensuring compliance and governance alignment

Key requirements

6+ years experience in a Change Manager or Change Lead role

Strong experience delivering change in large‑scale transformation programmes

Background in pharma, healthcare, or other regulated industries preferred

Contract terms

Daily Rate:€450–€500

Contract Length: 6 months (initial, strong extension potential)

Location: Hybrid (Dublin‑based)
