A leading Developer is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major residential development in Cork, comprising a mix of houses and apartments.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning through to completion
Manage programme, budget, and quality to ensure successful delivery
Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all health&safety and regulatory requirements
Drive project performance, reporting, and risk management
Requirements
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent commercial and contractual awareness
Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Experience within the Irish construction market preferred
