Contract Administrator, Cork

Work Schedule: 4 days/week onsite until the end of August, transitioning to 5 days/week onsite from September onward We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially driven Contracts Administrator to support a global Renewals&Sales organization. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in contract negotiation, deal review, renewals, SaaS, licensing, and commercial agreements within the technology industry. Key Responsibilities

Review, draft, and support License, Support, SaaS, Partner, and OEM agreements Analyze deal structures, pricing models, and commercial terms for revenue impact Interpret and negotiate contractual clauses with customers and stakeholders Handle contract-related queries and drive timely resolution across teamsEnsure agreements align with company policies and contractual standards Support renewals and maintenance contract activities globally Collaborate with Sales, Renewals, Procurement, and cross-functional teams Contribute to process improvements and special contractual initiatives Manage changing priorities in a fast-paced business environmentRequired Skills&Experience

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Contract Management, Procurement, or related field 1+ years of experience in contract negotiation, renewals or deal review Experience working with technology agreements, SaaS contracts, or partner agreements preferred Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment Experience with international or government contracts will be an advantage
