Hebrew Speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist Rotational Schedule | Monday–Sunday between 8am–10pm (No Night Shifts)

What You’ll Be Doing

Become a product expert across a complex digital advertising platform

Investigate and resolve technical issues affecting advertisers and internal sales teams

Manage cases end‑to‑end, ensuring timely resolution and excellent service delivery

Identify whether issues are caused by product bugs, user confusion, or technical errors

Work closely with specialist support teams and engineers on escalated cases

Clearly explain solutions, workarounds, and next steps to stakeholders

Help improve the customer experience by providing high‑quality technical support

Support team development through mentoring and knowledge sharing

What We’re Looking For

Native or fluent Hebrew with strong English communication skills

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving ability

Comfortable working with digital tools, systems, and online platforms

Experience in customer support, technical support, or online operations is highly desirable

Experience working in KPI or target‑driven environments

Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical issues

Positive team player with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and products
